This is a late review, but better late than never. I asked Environwash for a price quote on cleaning the exterior of my house and our white vinyl fencing. After a walk around my house, the owner Mike questioned why I wanted the exterior of my house washed; I explained that when we first purchased the house there was a lot of mold on the exterior as well as some inside as many homes in Mililani Mauka have. Mike could've nickel and dimed me by providing the services I requested, but he informed me that the exterior of my house did NOT need washing as it was painted a few years ago. He did agree with washing my vinyl fencing which was covered in mold and spot treating moldy areas of my home. I wish I would've taken before and after pictures of vinyl fencing. After Environwash was done, my fence looked brand new! It has been almost 2 years since the service was completed and my fence is still bright white! Quite a few other neighbors also utilized Environwash to clean the exterior and roofs of their homes. After services were completed, their homes looked like they were freshly painted and/or re-roofed (is that even a word ?).
Based on positive reviews, I attempted to contact Envirowash via their online contact form (on website) and leaving a voice mail. I was interested in obtaining an estimate for house and solar panel cleaning. Unfortunately, I have not been contacted by anyone yet....after two weeks. If a family emergency is involved, a business should leave a message on their voice mailbox. UPDATE, Feb 27: Mike contacted me and I appreciated and understood his reasons for urgent travel off island. He had tried to contact me but his voice mail was not received. He came by and will be providing a job estimate. I will provide a work evaluation later. UPDATE March , 2018: Jordan, Lead Tech, and Joe, his assistant showed up as scheduled at 8:30am. They introduced themselves with a smile and discussed the plan for the day. We did a walk around to point out tropical plants and other vegetation's which they covered during the day as they washed house sections and our solar panels. The Envirowash system is not high pressure and noisy like most power wash systems. Instead, they achieve clean results with a mild bleach solution that results in an exterior free of dirt, mold, and mildew. They also clean the exterior windows and all the screens we had removed prior to the tram's arrival. We were very happy with the impressive results and the professional work ethics of Jordan and Joe. I plan to highly recommend Envirowash to my friends and neighbors.

This is the company to go with if you need pressure washing. They not only pressure wash, they actually clean your house. I've had my house for about 7-8 years now and all the rain over those years was starting to show on my house. There was mold and mildew on they outside of the house. My concrete was black and the roof was also black. They came to our house for an estimate such was really reasonable. They use a detergent wash on our roof because it was so black and dirty. They scrubbed our concrete slab. Besides pressure washing the outside of our house, they also pressure washed our windows and screens and now they look so clean. To protect our plants they covered them from that detergent wash from the roof. Their company was so thorough. I will use them again definitely and would recommend to all to protect your home investment.
My roof had years of caked-on black mold on it. I called Mike for an estimate. Mike returned my call in a timely manner and provided a quote within a few days of doing the site visit. I was a little skeptical that they would be able to get all of the mold off the roof, but they did a great job, nothing but praise about the quality of their work. The lead tech (Jordan) is a really good guy and hard worker.
My home has a Japanese glazed ceramic tile roof that after 25 years in Nuuanu had developed an unsightly black mold. I tired products such as "Wet it and Forget it" on the roof but nothing worked. I called Mike Wedge, the owner of Envirowash Hawaii and he quoted me a fair price for a job he said would take 8 hours and included cleaning out the copper gutters. This is a big house (2 stories) and it was a big job. Mike was true to his word and my roof now looks as good as the day it was installed with no mold. Thanks Mike!

Our roof was grey with algae, mildew and mold-- very damaging to the roof. The sidewalks around our house were spotted with green moss and black algae and the concrete driveway was dark grey from the algae/mildew. I called Envirowash, got an estimate in a few days (I didn't have to be present, which was great), and we had the work done a few weeks later (the first date was cancelled because it was raining too hard). The work was done very quickly and it took maybe 3-4 hours at most. The smell of chlorine is pretty strong, but it dissipates after a while. If you can leave the house and hang out at the mall while the work is being done, that might be better. But what a difference the Envirowash cleaning made to our house! Now the roof is back to its original color (white) and the sidewalks and the driveway are sparkling clean. The house looks great. I'm definitely calling them again next year.
